“Sava Lakh Se Ek Ladaun Tabhi Gobind Singh Naam Kahaun” Today we will remember ‘Chamkaur di Gadi’ Where 1 Sikh equaled 125000 men of Nawab Wazir khan’s army. The roars of Jaikaras were echoing inside and out of the fortress and the battlefield. The uproar of a few of Guru Ji's Sikhs was compared to not less than a huge cavalry. An individual alone also can bring bigger revolutions and may pick up the spade to fight with the evils of society. Every counting starts with one and progresses with additions and multiplications of one. One may start a journey alone but are always accompanied by Waheguru.
The day to remember Pariwar Vichora When Sri Guru Gobind Singh's family got split and were no longer together. While Guru Ji with his two elder sons and 40 Sikhs marched towards Chamkaur. Mata Gujri Ji and Chhote Sahibzaade were escorted by a servant Gangu to his village in Morinda. As the history states Chhote Sahibzaade were very closed to Mata Gujri Ji (their Grandmother) They relied on her for support and comfort and she was just like a mother to these young kids.
On the path to demonstrating their faith in Sikhism Chhote Sahibzaade came across several people bearing various characteristics. The Panth may never forget and forgive Gangu Braham and his betrayal for a few gold coins. But today is the day to remember Nawab of Malerkotla Sher Mohammad Khan who earned undying gratitude. For he had interceded with the Emperor in an attempt to stop the execution of Guru Gobind Singh’s two young sons, after their capture at Sirhind. Guru Gobind Singh on learning this kind and humanitarian approach profusely thanked the Nawab of Malerkotla and blessed him. Re-store the faith in humanity if you can walk with a stranger (Applicable to adults only).
A day, when youngest prisoners of history walked for the 1st hearing of the A farcical Trial, began, in the Kacheri of the emperor. The Sahibzaade walked through the door with foot 1st to enter which means they do not have to bow in front of the nawab. And also, they refused the offer the salaam to the emperor and rather addressed the court with Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ki Fateh’.
Sahibzaades were cajoled to embrace Islam and offered immense riches and power on agreeing to do so. The princes rejected the offer with absolute disdain and stood by the principles of Khalsa Panth. Which left the emperor flustered and angry and resulted in the shaheedi of the young and courageous warriors. And thereafter there have been several other sacrifices and fights to keep the pride and honour of the Dastar. History chronicles how devoted Singhs and Singhnis have given their lives to protect the sanctity of sacred Dastar. Today is the day to Walk proudly and in your Dumala.
Simran
Simran is the act of remembrance, reminiscence, and recollection with the almighty Akal Purakh. It allows us to clear our minds, detach from the day-to-day events, release stress, confusion, and emotions. It guides us through our negative and positive mindsets to access our neutral mind
Jaikara
When the sentence was announced of Chhote Sahibzaade to be incarcerated into the wall they left the court shouting the Jaikaras the entire court was stunned with the fearlessness and valour of youth Martyrs to be. Jaikara, a salutation that expresses the belief in the victory of god.
Let's walk today with a continuous Simran and occasional Jaikaras
